Patient Dashboard Refresh

The patient dashboard on web has a cleaner streak banner and a one-tap shortcut to the mobile app. Same workouts, same plans, same messages — just easier to read at a glance.

A Cleaner Streak Banner

The old stacked streak card is now a single horizontal row at the top of the dashboard:

  • The fire emoji and the current day-streak number sit in their own circle on the left.
  • The seven days of the week (Monday through Sunday) follow to the right, each showing the date.
  • Green marks a completed day.
  • Blue marks an allowed rest day — you get up to three per week before your streak breaks.
  • Red marks a missed day beyond the rest-day allowance.
  • Today is outlined so you can find it instantly, even if it's already counted as a rest day or a completed day.

A small caption below the row keeps the "X of 3 rest days remaining" reminder you're used to.

Mobile App Prompt

Right below the streak banner, you'll now see a quick prompt to install the mobile app — recommended for the smoothest workout experience:

  • On an iPhone or iPad, one tap opens the App Store listing.
  • On Android, the same button downloads the app directly.
  • On a desktop, both download buttons appear side by side so you can pick whichever phone you're using.

If you're two or more days into a streak, the prompt switches to a streak-aware headline (something like "Don't break your 7-day streak — install the app"). The CTA disappears once you've installed the app and logged in there.

What's Not Changing

Workouts, plan progress, exercise library, therapist messages, and all your historical data live in the same place — only the top-of-dashboard banner area was redesigned. The mobile app dashboard is unchanged in this release.

Rolling out to all patients on web now. The mobile app refresh continues to look the same.
