What's New¶

Patients can now browse their full exercise history and watch personalized demonstration videos directly from the Past Workouts page.

What's Included¶

Personalized Videos Tab¶

If your therapist has recorded custom exercise videos for you, a new Exercises tab appears on your Past Workouts page. The Personalized sub-tab shows all videos your therapist has recorded — tap any video to watch it in full screen.

All Exercises Tab¶

The All Exercises sub-tab shows every exercise you've completed, with how many sets you've done and when you last performed it. If a video is available (either a personalized recording from your therapist or the standard demonstration), you can tap the exercise to watch it.

This feature is available on both the web app and the mobile app. Your clinic must have personalized exercise videos enabled — contact your therapist if you don't see the Exercises tab.
