Doctor Dashboard Redesign

The mobile doctor home was rebuilt around the questions therapists actually ask every morning: Who am I seeing today? Who's slipping? Who hasn't even started? The new dashboard answers those at a glance, and a new patient detail screen lets you drill into the why without leaving the app.

At-a-Glance Compliance

Every patient row now carries a single-letter compliance grade (A+ through F, or a dash for patients who've never finished a session). The grade comes from how recently and how often the patient has completed workouts:

  • A+ / A — strong streaks or 4+ sessions in the last 7 days
  • B — steady, 2+ sessions in the last week
  • C / D — slowing down
  • F — was active, has stopped
  • (gray) — never logged a session

Below the grade you'll see the patient's case (the most recent injury or surgery on file) and a chip showing their last visit relative to today. Patients who haven't been in for 14+ days get a stale-time indicator so they stand out.

My Patients vs All Patients

A toggle at the top of the list flips between your directly assigned patients and the full clinic caseload (when your clinic has the All Patients feature enabled). Use All patients to find anyone in the clinic, then Assign to me from their detail screen if you're taking over.

"Seeing Today"

Tap Add patient seeing today to drop the patients you have on your schedule into a pinned section at the top of the dashboard. They stay there until you dismiss them or restart the day — perfect for using during a clinic shift to keep your active list visible. Dismiss a patient from today's list with a single tap; it doesn't remove them from your caseload, just from the day's pin.

Patient Detail

Tap any patient and you'll land on a redesigned detail screen that consolidates everything you need:

  • Care team — the therapists connected to this patient, with (you) next to your name
  • Last visit / next session / completion % stat tiles
  • Action grid — Start test, Record exercise video, Manage HEP, View videos (each shown only when the relevant feature is on for your clinic)
  • Quick Analysis — a link to the new analysis screen (see below)
  • Movement tests and Personalized videos — recent items for this patient, each with a "What is this?" tap target so you can show patients what they're looking at

If a patient never finished signing up, you'll see a banner with a Re-onboard patient button that lets you generate a fresh invite link or QR right from the screen.

Quick Analysis

The Quick Analysis screen (linked from the patient detail) gives you a fast read on the patient before you walk into the room:

  • Flags — elevated pain or exertion on the last session, long inactivity, an excessively long upcoming session, "never started"
  • Notes — short, machine-generated talking points (e.g. "No session in 12 days — last on May 8", "Check elevated pain/exertion on 2 exercises in last session")
  • Next up — the planned exercises in the patient's upcoming session, with personalized videos marked
  • Last completed — last session's exercises with elevated pain/exertion highlighted
  • Footer stats: streak, sessions in the last 7 days, sessions in the last 14 days

The same compliance grade and reason string used on the dashboard appears at the top of Quick Analysis so you always know what's driving the assessment.

Re-onboard Patient

Patients who got an invite but never completed signup can now be re-onboarded directly from their detail screen:

  • Send invite email if you have an email on file
  • Copy link to drop into a text or message
  • QR code for in-clinic scanning
  • Generate a new link — invalidates the previous one if it was sent to the wrong address or has gone stale

If we don't have a date of birth on file for the patient, the modal will collect it first.

Choose from Library When Recording

When you record a personalized exercise video, the camera screen now offers a Choose from Library button so you can pick an existing clip from your phone rather than re-recording. Library videos longer than two minutes are rejected up front, and exercise search now shows your full library by default — no need to type to see what's there.

Rolling out to the latest mobile build now. The web dashboard is unchanged in this release.
