Group Conversations

Therapists can now create group conversations directly from the Messages page. Instead of being limited to one-on-one threads with individual patients, doctors can start a named group thread and add multiple colleagues from their clinic.

  • Tap the new conversation button and choose "Group"
  • Search for other therapists in your clinic and select multiple participants
  • Give the group a descriptive name (e.g., "Post-Op Knee Team")
  • Already in a one-on-one conversation? Use the "Add participant" button to expand it into a group

Group messaging makes it easier for care teams to coordinate on shared patients without switching to external tools.

Calendar OCR Import for Daily Review

The admin Daily Review tool now supports importing patients directly from a calendar screenshot.

Instead of manually searching for and selecting each patient, you can:

  1. Take a screenshot of your Google Calendar showing the day's patient appointments
  2. Upload or drag-and-drop the image into the new Import from Calendar panel
  3. The system reads patient names from the calendar entries and matches them against your clinic's patient list
  4. Review the matches — exact matches are auto-selected, fuzzy matches are flagged for confirmation, and unmatched names are shown separately

This saves time for busy clinics with full schedules, turning a multi-minute manual selection into a quick upload-and-confirm step.
