Circuit Workout Mode¶

You now have the option to do your workouts in Circuit Mode — a training style where you rotate through exercises one set at a time instead of finishing all sets of one exercise before moving on.
What changed?¶
When you start a workout that has two or more exercises in the same section (for example, three exercises in your Main Session), you'll see a new Workout Mode selector on the setup screen:
- Regular — Complete all sets of each exercise before moving to the next. This is the default and works the same as before.
- Circuit — Do one set of each exercise in the section, then loop back for the next round. This keeps your heart rate up and adds variety to the session.
When is it available?¶
Circuit mode appears automatically whenever a workout section contains two or more exercises. If every section has just one exercise, you'll only see the regular option.
How does it work?¶
- Tap Start Workout from your dashboard.
- On the setup screen, choose Circuit (or keep Regular).
- During the workout, you'll rotate through exercises one set at a time. After each set, the app moves you to the next exercise automatically.
- On your last set of each exercise, you'll be asked for feedback (pain, exertion, and notes) as usual.
Circuit mode is available on both the mobile app and the web.
