Guidelines & Reference Materials

Your clinic can now upload and organize clinical reference materials — journal articles, protocol PDFs, treatment notes — directly in the platform. The AI assistant uses these materials when generating workout plans, so your clinical preferences and evidence-based protocols are reflected in every plan.

What You Can Do

  • Upload PDFs (up to 25 MB) of clinical protocols, research papers, or practice guidelines
  • Save links to online resources — the system reads and indexes the content automatically
  • Write notes in markdown for quick reference material
  • Organize materials into collections and tag them by body region, diagnosis, phase, or custom categories

Who Sees What

Materials can be scoped to different audiences:

  • Clinic-wide: Available to all therapists and patients in your clinic
  • Physician-level: Only visible to you and your patients
  • Patient-specific: Attached to a single patient's care record

You control whether each guideline is visible to patients and whether the AI can reference it.

AI-Powered Plans

When you generate an AI workout plan, you can choose which guidelines the AI should consider. The system also supports saved defaults — set your preferred guidelines once at the clinic, physician, or patient level, and they'll be pre-selected for future plan generations.

This feature is being rolled out to clinics gradually. Contact your account manager if you'd like early access.
